‘All my mistakes are part of me and I’ll use them to set me free’
We had a few days between festivals and we were camping in Italy at Lago di Garda. It was beautiful weather, gorgeous sunny day. There was a sudden thunderstorm & everything got wet. We scrambled to throw our things into the van and while we were holed up in there waiting for the storm to pass, we decided to write this song. There are some sad lyrics, but we tried to spin that into learning from our mistakes and valuing the things we have.
